Personal Statement on his Vision For Kiwanis

I truly believe that Kiwanis is blessed with significant numbers of talented members. These members seek to support their communities and children and use the their personal skills for the betterment of other lives. It is my vision that ways will be found to recognize these talented Kiwanians and support their volunteerism.

During term as Governor Elect, conduct division assessments through club visits and develop plans for strengthening our Southwest District clubs. Develop plans for recognition of club leadership, growth of club membership and commitment. Encourage greater focus and recognition for children programs with responsiveness and dedication. Look for ways to improve communications between clubs, divisions and district offices.

Focus on exchange of information on common club problems and promote interclub visits. Communicate Southwest District vision and goals to clubs and their leadership.
