At the 2009 Kiwanis International Convention, the House of Delegates approved a common billing date for dues, which will be effective for all clubs October 2010.
Clubs will no longer be billed in three separate groups as they have the last 5 years or so. Every club in North America will be rostered and billed this fall and payment is based on the club roster as it exists in KI's database in Indianapolis on September 30th!
